Cole Borton Academic Team Sr.
Cole's performance and leadership has been invaluable to the Academic Quiz Team. Cole has been a team captain and one of the top players in the conference for the past two seasons. Cole finishes his career with two 1st Team All-Conference selections, one 2nd Team All-Conference selection, and has been selected Team MVP three times. Cole is also the top ranked student in the Class of 2026!
Ellie Polking Girls' Wrestling Fr.
Ellie won the GMC title at 130 lbs. She beat the returning state champion Kelsey King in the finals helping Oak Hills Women’s wrestling team winning the first ever GMC team title.

Maddie Broxterman Girls' Bowling Sr.
In her 4 years on the Girls Bowling team, Senior Maddie Broxterman has made a big impact. Over all 4 seasons, Maddie has recorded more than 15,500 pins, a career high game of 252 pins, and has been a starter for the Varsity A team for the past 3 years. This year, Maddie was 31st overall in the GMC with an average of 133.3 pins per game. At Sectionals last Thursday, Maddie rolled her highest series of the season, a very solid 465 pins, averaging 155 pins per game on the day to help the Highlanders secure 1st place.
Ella Weinmann Girls' Bowling Sr.
Senior Ella Weinmann continues to make statements as she wraps up her final season on the girls bowling team. This past Thursday, Ella was the 2nd highest individual overall at the Southwest Girls Bowling Sectionals Tournament. Ella led the Highlanders to a first-place finish, with an outstanding series of 578 pins, averaging 192.7 pins per game on the day!
Abby Huber Girls' Swimming Soph.
Abby ended her sophomore season with a stellar performance in the state tournament at the OHSAA District level meet. She led off our girls 200 free relay with a time of 26.41 and then immediately after posted a best time in the 100 backstroke, placing her in the top 20 of the entire district.
Jett Sloan Boys' Swimming Jr.
Jett had a great performance at the OHSAA District meet that pushed him toward the State Championship meet this weekend. Jett is seeded 7th in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:42.37 (only 2 seconds away from breaking our school record!) and 20th in the 100 freestyle with a time of 46.89 (only 1 second away from breaking our school record!- this record was set by Jason Schnur- an olympic trials Finalist, Big Ten CHAMPION, an NCAA championship runner up). Jett is looking for his season to peak at the state meet, and will aim to beat his last year’s placement of 13th.
Lincoln Schreiber Boys' Basketball Jr.
Lincoln is a rare and unique 3-sport athlete. He competes hard every day, is a great teammate, and has been a tremendous asset to the team. He is a quarterback in football, infielder in baseball, and as a student Lincoln has earned a 4.44 GPA
