Bentley Earls            Football            Soph
Bentley had 7 solo tackles, 1 asst, Forced Fumble, an INT with a 98 yard return for a TD that put the game out of reach. Bentley has been working very hard, and has been very coachable, and has played with a great attitude. Bentley is also a member of our baseball program.

Ethan Ewing                Football             Jr.
Ethan had 7 solo tackles, 3 assists, 3 tackles for a loss, 2 pass break ups, and a fumble recovery. He has worked very hard and has made himself into a very physical outside linebacker. Ethan is also a member of our basketball and track programs.

Aleah Coster                Girls' Cross Country/Soccer               Sr.
Aleah is an exceptional dual-sport fall athlete, competing at the varsity level in both Cross Country and Soccer and earning the honor of being voted team captain by her teammates in both sports. Aleah is not only an outstanding athlete and leader, but also a kind, encouraging, and supportive teammate who is always there to cheer on and motivate those around her. On Saturday night, she played in a varsity soccer game before immediately heading to the Cross Country meet with only a short break between competitions, where she placed an impressive 5th out of 159 runners in the premier varsity race. Her outstanding performance helped lead Oak Hills to a 4th-place team finish, with Aleah finishing as the top Ohio individual and Oak Hills as the top Ohio team in the race.

Maeghan Zimmerly             Girl's Cross Country/Soccer             Sr.
Maeghan is a dedicated dual-sport athlete, competing in both Cross Country and Soccer, and was voted team captain by her Cross Country teammates. On Saturday night, she played in a soccer game before heading directly to the Cross Country meet, where she raced as the team’s #4 runner and helped lead Oak Hills to an impressive 4th-place finish as the top Ohio team in the race. Maeghan is a hardworking and committed athlete, but what makes her especially valuable to the team is the positive energy she brings every day. She is always smiling, having fun, encouraging her teammates, and bringing a positive attitude to every practice and meet making her a great teammate and leader.

Miles Rhodes                   Boys' Cross Country                     Jr.
Miles had a breakout performance in the season opener at Centerville. He had a personal best by almost a minute and scored for the Varsity team.

Dixie Brogan                  Girls' Golf                       Soph.
2nd year varsity golfer, Dixie has a fantastic attitude on the course. She learns from her struggles & works to improve. She's been our team medalist in 3 of our 10 matches this season, improving her overall average by nearly 5 shots over last season for a current 42 average, all while taking 4 honors/AP classes!

Sophia McCarthy               Girls Volleyball                  Sr.
Senior Captain and libero, Sophia McCarthy, finished the week with 30 digs, 1.68 pass avg, 4 assists and 2 aces in our first week of regular season matches. Sophia’s positive attitude, encouraging spirit, and willingness to lift up her teammates make her an invaluable part of our team. She leads by example and consistently brings energy, confidence, and positivity to her teammates.

Cadie Phillips                 Girls' Soccer                   Sr.
Cadie has been a tremendous asset in the midfield since transitioning from the forward position. Her ability to contribute on both sides of the ball makes her a valuable presence in the center of the field. Cadie consistently supports the attack while also working hard defensively to disrupt opponents and stop transitions. She has a high motor, excellent technical ability, and a strong understanding of the game that allows her to connect the lines and help the team maintain possession and build attacks.

Riley Smith               Cheerleading                 Jr.
Riley put in the work all off-season and earned her spot on the varsity squad. Since the start of football season, she has continued to step up and show what true leadership looks like on the sidelines. Her energy, dedication, and commitment have made a positive impact on the team and those around her. In the spring, Riley brings that same passion and determination as a member of the OHHS lacrosse team.

Reilly Murphy             Girls' Tennis         Jr.
Junior, Reilly Murphy, got two wins this past week with her partner, Zeina Masri.  The duo helped clinch the match against Lakota East and had it carry over in a win over Seton.  Reilly is a leader by example and consistently exemplifies what it means to be a great teammate. Reilly carries a 4.83 GPA while being a member of NHS and German Honor Society.  After high school she plans on going to college for engineering or medicine.

Elijah  Witt-Brewster              Boys' Soccer                Sr.
Eli scored the second goal to seal the win over Harrison in the second half. He looks to continue this scoring into next week against Turpin and Lakota West
