Ruby Dunham          Academic Team             Jr.
Ruby is a leader on the Academic Quiz Team!  She brings a great deal of positive energy to each practice and match and is a great teammate!  Ruby is also one of the top students in the junior class who challenges herself in the classroom with a schedule full of AP and CCP courses!
 
Charles Elam             Academic Team                Jr.
Charles has worked hard to prepare for the upcoming season!  Charles is a great teammate and excellent student who is constantly thinking of how to help others and our team!  He is also one of the top students in the Class of 2027!
 
Jett Sloan                     Boys' Swimming                     Jr.
Jett has already swum many personal best times this current season leading up to the high school competitions. Out of those best times, he has posted times that would have been winning times for four individual events at the GMC championships. Those times would have won individual titles in the 50, 100, 200, and 500 freestyle. His time of 1:42.34 in the 200 freestyle is closing in on GMC record holder and Olympian Carson Foster’s 1:39.42. He continues to push the boundaries, showcasing his versatility in different strokes and distances. 
 
Gage Listermann            Chess Team                    Soph
Gage has had a tremendous year in his first full year as a varsity player. Despite spending time on JV last season, Gage has worked himself all the way up to board two.
 
Anna Shattuck                   Girls' Bowling                     Soph
Sophomore Anna Shattuck had a great start to the 2025-2026 girls bowling season the past week! Anna rolled the second highest series for the Varsity A team in the first match against Mercy McAuley. She also had a solid performance at the first tournament of the season, the Kick-Off Tournament in Columbus, against some of the best bowlers in the state, finishing in the top 50 bowlers on a very challenging oil pattern. Anna wrapped up a very busy week by becoming the tournament champion of the Underclassmen Invitational this past Sunday at Rollhouse Fairfield. Anna had games of 214 and 169, leading the field and helping the Lady Highlanders take first place in the tournament. Anna currently sits 5th in the GMC with an overall average of 166.7 pins per game. 
 
Ella Doyle                     Girls Basketball                     Sr.
Ella scored a career high 10 pts, grabbed 5 rebounds and had 2 steals in our win over St. Ursula. With another starter sick, we needed someone to step up and Ella did just that. Ella currently is taking CCP classes at Cincinnati St, has a 4.35 GPA and ranked top 75 in the senior class. 
 
Abby Huber                  Girls Swimming                        Soph
Abby is only a freshman, but will be returning as an OHSAA sectional champion. Abby has had a stellar off-season while balancing multiple sports. A varsity
Athlete for volleyball and swimming, Abby continues to lead the way for being a prime example of a student-athlete involving herself in high level academics on top of everything.
 
Brady Wergers                Boys' Basketball                 Sr.
Brady is a multi-sport athlete who was a Boys' Soccer Team starter, earning GMC 2nd Team Honors. He competes hard, is an excellent teammate and has been elected by his teammates as a Co-Captain for this Basketball season. He attends Diamond Oaks Vocational School. Brady has been a Spirit Scot Squad leader as well as a Student Athlete Leadership Team member for 2 years.
