Brian Ridner | Swimming Head Coach | more details | ||
Brian is a Cincinnati native and current student at Northern Kentucky University. He resides on the westside with his wife- Kiersten, their dog- Pennie, and the newest addition to their family, their son- Henry.
He currently coaches for the USA swimming club team, OHYA, where he has dedicated his time as an assistant coach for the past 5 years. There, he has worked with many outstanding athletes and helped push them towards the next level of competition.
Outside of his traditional coaching role, Brian took an untraditional route to college athletics. Having initially quit swimming after high school, Brian pursued collegiate swimming two years later while training himself and working full time. He believes his recruiting process and college swimming experience highlights his commitment and passion as a student of the sport.
As a former NCAA swimmer, OHSAA state qualifier, and honor roll student, Brian hopes to help every athlete reach their goals in and out of the pool. He is looking forward to the future success of the Oak Hills Swimming and Diving team.
