Rachel Winkler, a 2020 graduate of Oak Hills High School, serves as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach for the Highlanders. A former Highlander student-athlete, Coach Winkler brings extensive playing experience, five years of coaching experience, and a strong passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field. A defensive standout during her playing career at Oak Hills, Coach Winkler continued her lacrosse career at Mount St. Joseph University, where she competed at the NCAA Division III level for five seasons. During her collegiate career, she served as a team captain for four years, demonstrating the leadership, commitment, and competitive spirit that she now brings to the sidelines as a coach. In addition to leading the Oak Hills program, Coach Winkler has continued to contribute to the growth of lacrosse through her involvement with Headlines Lacrosse Club during the summer and fall seasons. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes collaboration, accountability, resilience, and creating an environment where student-athletes can develop confidence and reach their full potential. Coach Winkler graduated from Mount St. Joseph University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She has also pursued graduate studies in Secondary Education at Xavier University with a focus in Life Sciences. Her passion for education extends beyond athletics, with a particular interest in biology and supporting young women interested in pursuing opportunities in STEM. Outside of coaching and education, Coach Winkler enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected with former teammates from both her high school and collegiate playing careers. As a proud Oak Hills alumna, Coach Winkler is excited to give back to the program and community that helped shape her as a student-athlete. Her commitment to education, women's athletics, and student-athlete development continues to make a positive impact on the next generation of Highlanders. |

Jordan Schwiers is a 2018 Mother of Mercy High School graduate who grew up on Cincinnati's west side. She has coached lacrosse for three years and is excited to return for another season at Oak Hills!
Coach Schwiers graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education and received her Master's degree in Teacher Leadership: Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Kentucky University in 2024. Coach Schwiers is in her third year of teaching math at Delhi Middle School.
Coach Schwiers is a dedicated coach with a passion for developing both the program and its players. She is committed to excellence on the field and focuses on building strong, disciplined athletes who excel in the sport. Through personalized training, team-building, and mentorship, Coach Schwiers strives to instill values of hard work, sportsmanship, and integrity, ensuring that every player reaches their full potential both on and off the field.

Olivia Lang is a 2020 Oak Hills alum. She was instrumental in bringing girl's lacrosse to Oak Hills School. She was a four-year varsity captain with the program. She is excited to bring her knowledge and love for the sport as she coaches at her alma mater. Coach Lang attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 2023 with Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics - Statistics and Criminal Justice. Coach Lang works as a Compensation Analyst for Cintas and currently resides in Delhi. In her free time, she enjoys spending time around Cincinnati with her family and watching sports games with her friends. She also likes to explore nature with her dog, Poppy and try new foods with her boyfriend, Josh. Coach Lang is dedicated to building our Oak Hills women into strong athletes, compassionate teammates, and hard workers both on and off the field. Her goal for the program is to strengthen collaboration, teamwork, drive, and dedication of the coaches, athletes, and the community. Coach Lang pushes her athletes to be better versions of themselves on and off the field, while fostering a winning culture for the program.
