Boys's Cross Country Recap

Troy Recap

The team had a great week at Troy with many exciting individual performances.  This is the regional championship course, and it is one of our team goals to earn the right to race here at the end of the season.  As soon as the competitive season begins, it flies by.  The halfway point of our season is next weekend already!  After all of our preparation, we want to make the most of our season and this means we can't afford to waste a single competition.  We will continue to work together as a team to ensure our collective success.

Athletes of the Week
Varsity- Zack Kroger: Zack has made a fantastic return to varsity level running after a major setback in the spring.  He has been a positive example for his teammates and has continued to progress individually.  He was the second runner for the team on Saturday at Troy.  He will continue to be a crucial part of his team's success.

JV- Caleb Abel: Caleb has created a great start to his senior year.  He has made huge leaps in progress each week so far.  His quiet consistency at practice may go unnoticed by some people, but his performances are impossible to ignore.  Caleb is poised to run under 19:00 any week now!
