2024 Football Mulch Sale Fundraiser Policy Changes

Oak Hills Local School District Residents Purchasing Bags

1) WE will deliver and spread bagged orders to residents of the Oak Hills Local School District for no additional charge. We will be delivering from Friday, May 24th - Sunday, May 26th (weather permitting) 

 

NON-OHLSD Residents Purchasing Bags

2) WE will deliver and spread bagged orders for a $25 "Additional Donation" (due when your order is placed)to the following non-OHLSD, westside neighborhoods (Westwood, Price Hill, Cheviot, White Oak, Sayler Park, and non-OHLSD Cleves) We will be delivering from Friday, May 24th - Sunday, May 26th (weather permitting)

 

 

3)WE will not deliver to Harrison, Ross, Fairfield, or any central/east side residents. Those bag orders MUST be picked up from Oak Hills High School (3200 Ebenezer Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45248) Friday, May 24th from 10am - 6pm, Saturday, May 25th from 10am - 4pm, or Sunday, May 26th from 9am - noon. Any order not picked up by noon on May 26th will need to be picked up from Mulch Depot at a later date and time.

 

Bulk/Scoop Orders (OHLSD and Non-OHLSD)

 4) WE DO NOT deliver or spread any bulk/scoop orders. Those must either be picked up from Mulch Depot OR you may contact Mulch Depot and they will deliver for an additional fee.
