Duane Wallace Varsity Assistant Coach more details

This will be my 6th year coaching Varsity/JV Softball at Oak Hills High School. My duties include working with the outfielders, pitchers/catchers, and also serving as program coordinator (a lot of behind the scenes stuff).  I grew up around the sport by traveling every summer with my uncle who played Men’s Major Fastpitch Softball out of Ashland, Ohio.  I myself, played 8yrs of Men’s Fastpitch Softball for teams out of Orrville, Kidron, and Wooster, Ohio finishing national runner-up once, and 3rd another year.  If you have ever played in or watched the “Fire in the Sky” 4th of July tournament in Orrville, Ohio, you were at the same fields I grew up on!

I have lived on the west side of Cincinnati for the last 19yrs with my wife Tiffany, our son Bailey (11th grade at Oak Hills), and our daughter Ella (3rd grade at Oakdale).  For the last five years, I have also coached varsity football at Oak Hills High School.
