Laura Fightmaster is a 1993 graduate of Oak Hills High School where she was a two-time state qualifier and a member of the state runner-up swim team in 1991 and 1992. Laura then went on to swim and play Water Polo at Ohio University. She began coaching swimming with Oak Hills Youth Athletics in 2010 where she has coached numerous swimmers to top 10 finishes in state competitions. Laura, also, coached at Oak Hills Swim and Racquet Club from 2013-to 2019 where she helped guide the team to three straight second-place finishes in league competition. Laura is a middle school ELA teacher at St. Martin of Tours and she enjoys spending time with family and watching her nieces and nephews excel in their sports.

Coach Michelle joined Oak Hills Swim Team 22-23 season, and is one of the assistant coaches. Michelle was born and raised in Dillsboro Indiana, where she began competitively swimming at 11 years old, for South Dearborn Swim Team. Michelle swam for this club, for three years before joining her high school team the Aqua Knights. Michelle's passion and love for the sport is what drove her to become a coach. She hopes that she can help the team reach their potential while having fun along the way!

Brandon Unthank has been coaching Oak Hills High School's dive program since graduating from Oak Hills in 2004. He has been very active in the world of diving over the years, leading students to dozens of individual local, state and national championships, as well as team titles, throughout their years. Brandon has experience coaching various local summer clubs, schools, and helping lead his club program year while they travel the country and prepare for their future college careers. Graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 2012 with a degree in Middle School Education, he now works in the district full time at Rapid Run Middle School. When he is not working, he is spending time with his three amazing boys at home, helping them grow and participate in activities that they enjoy!
